hello Pane! I am much excited by your informations concerning the Flower of Life and find your analysis of crop-circle patterns to resonate strongly.I wish to join with the meditation ,but have a couple of questions.As a beginner I am not sure I will complete the Flower on my first attempt -is this ok? If it is ok,can you suggest where is a good point to stop ‘building’ while developing the skills-also, if I attempt it but cannot complete it,is there a ‘closing down’ I need to perform in my consciousness to avoid ‘leaving a mess’? thanks for your insight and patience.Unity. Yes that’s ok. No harm can be done, despite the fact that some authors propose it can. The meditation is functional only if done properly…if not its useless.

This is a complex subject, skype sessions is one option to learn to do this properly,…but to answer your question it is good to dissolve every sphere with the power of your visualization and chi energy until only the central is left and then to shut of that one also.
